Like the OP, I also had a poor coachnet experience, to go along with a very good one. I too was stuck on the side of the road, with no support or help from coachnet. I was very fortunate to limp into a TA center that connected me with a roadside truck service - they got me back on the road. I did complain, and coachnet followed up with me, investigated their response, and ended up reimbursing me my out of pocket costs. I appreciated that, but coachnet left me high and dry at the time of mechanical trouble. On the + side, I had a total engine shutdown, on my toad, and caochnet sent a flatbed, and got me to a certified dealer/repair center. A very positive response and outcome in that one. like other have said, a bit hit or miss. Sorry the op has had 2 misses, it is already stressful when something goes wrong while traveling, and to have to worry about ERS just adds to that.
