coach net or good Sam roadside service?
Which do you prefer? Experiences good and bad please on good Sam vs coach net roadside services

The call center contractor that Good Sam was using several years ago left us hung out to dry with a blown engine, so we switched to Coach-Net and have been very satisfied with the services we've received from them. Good Sam has switched to Allstate as their call center contractor now, so hopefully things have improved.
