coach net or good Sam roadside service?

Go to the coachnet forum were people can complain about their bad experiences and then compare the two.
Oh wait you cannot complain at coachnet as you can here.
Well satisfied with GSRA but I do read the materials to understand the coverage.
It seems to me a lot of dissatisfaction is caused because people do not read their contract.
My advice pick one and run with it till it lets you down.
