coach net or good Sam roadside service?

My Good Sam ERS is up this month , have had them for at least ten years now , every year at this time I think about changing to coach net but have always just renewed GS, I think we are at the mercy of who they contact to help you since they are not providing the service they are just making the call. It Does get me upset that a long term customer renewing pays full price to renew and a new customer get a discount go figure!! maybe changing each year is the way to go ?
