Coleman Mach 8 15k BTU A/C unit
Anybody had any experience with this unit? Is it much better than an 8 year old Coleman 13.5 BTU? Is there any kind of soft start circuit or condenser available for a bit of a ramp up load wise? ...

I installed a Mach 8 15K A/C in May in addition to a 13.5K A/C on a 31' Hurricane. The Mach 8 15K is doing very good. Almost don't need the 13.5K unit unless the temperature is above 90F.
