Comparing Thor to Impulse
We are interested in buying a Class C motor home. We have been researching the Four Winds Thor and the Winnebago Silver Impulse. What advice can you give to us?

My wife and I went to look at an Impulse on a Chevy chassis, 2007 model year. The price was right, low miles. My first and main concern, was there any evidence of cabover leaking? My first look showed staining on the interior at the base of the overhead bunk. This staining ran across the width of the bunk.
Sigh. This was a shame since we might have put down a deposit if it hadn't been for the obvious water intrusion. I don't think I'll look at any other Class C's that don't have a fully molded fiberglass cap on the front of the cabover.
