Thanks for posting "sandy soil" so for pavers you'll need a sub base of compacted crusher run gravel 6" thick plus the cost of the pavers = $$$$$. Assuming a 10' wide driveway I would use 3000 psi with fiber. If it's fairly long I'd make the edges 6" thick for 2' and the middle 4" thick. It needs to be saw cut every 12' to control where it's going to crack.
Since my soil is good red clay I went with 4" 3000/fiber. The only cracks are where I did not saw enough in some of the curves. At 42K lbs but more important 110 tire pressure as soil type and tire pressure are the most important items in deciding thickness.
