I used to park on gravel as well (Well crushed rock) now I full time.
The worst thing you can do to a tire, short of hitting something like a pot hole or knifing it.. Is park.
As for concrete or pavers.
Pavers will turn into crushed rock/gravel if you park a 11 ton RV on 'em. So concrete, and extra thick with Rebar mesh is indicated.
