Connected chassis battery wrong, no power to chassis

There is a fuse link down by the starter. It connects onto the battery terminal of the starter and feeds the fuse block under the dash. Fuse block under the dash is to the right of the steering column. Awkward to get to unless you have a driver's door. There is a main fuse on the fuse block. Should be marked "IGN" on some.
