Connected chassis battery wrong, no power to chassis

I have a 1992 Pace Arrow 37J. Chevrolet 454. Bought a new chassis battery and connected it the same as the previous one (so I thought). I had nothing no coach, no chassis. Went back to check, and ...

My is in the upper right corner. It is a green metal cased looks more like circuit breaker then a fuse.
To the lefty of the above fuse location, is or on mine is a large red wire going to "IGN" terminal make sure it is hot.
