As others have commented, you will likely be limited to 5,000lbs towing. I just returned from a 2500 mile round trip towing a Suzuki Vitara with my 35' Monarch with V-10. Over sierras, up into Montana, and back. Engine/tranny combo worked flawlessly. I use my tow-haul mode a lot, mainly on the downhill side of a pass. Engine has about 20,000 on it and does not use any oil.
Don't expect to fly up the grades. On most 6% or so grades I'll pull at about 40 mph with the rpms in the high 3,000 area. For smaller hills, I take it out of cruise control otherwise the computer will kick up the rpms to high 4,000s. I will sacrifice some speed in those situations.
