Convection Ovens

On small Bs/Cs the convection ovens I noticed in the past that they would not put them up high in the cabinetry but would put them under the range where a gas oven went because too much heat in a smaller area.

We did just the opposite of what you're proposing. We liked the microwave/convection oven that came with our RV so much, we bought the exact same model for our home. You shouldn't have any problem.

X2; buy a unit designed for over-the-range use. We replaced the standard Sharp that most RV's seem to come with, with a GE Profile. Much better temperature control and built in racks that make it possible to cook more than one dish at a time.

That's all they are is household. They don't make it special for an RV.

The same, still going since 99. They are not made any different. Just cost more if you buy at a RV store.

Yes, One in my stick house is just like the one in the bus. Its does bounce around a bit, but still working.
