I have a 2012 Swift RB185 and had same problem. No charging. Ordered part and took pictures of wiring mess and when it came to replacing wires to the 12 volt wiring, wires are black and white, where as from the converter is colored wires with wire nuts on each. My new converter had same colore wires and what I did was cut about 3 inches of red green etc and left wire nuts on until I was ready to connect. PS take pictures of old wiring may help. If I am wrong, please correct me. Not exactly a guru of RVs.
