The microwave part will be just like any other microwave.
The convection part is easy. If a recipe calls for 400 degrees, cook it at 375 degrees and usually for a shorter time; perhaps minus 10 min. or so. You need to check it. When cooking with the convection, you can use metal pans but unlike the microwave - DON'T use saran wrap, paper towels or wax paper; use foil. :) Think of it as a regular home oven. Any recipe can be used in the convection, just adjust temp and time a little.
