I had mine replaced last year on my ISC 8.3 at about 93,000 miles. It was done by my dealer and was a flat rate job. I don't recall the exact amount and the invoices are in the MH so anything I say would be a guess. Probably a bad one, but I think it was something in the $800 range. Regardless, I found their price to be acceptable vs me doing the work myself. My biggest concern was the distinct possibility of snapping a bolt and being in over my head at that point. Properly equipped and skilled that would be no problem, beyond the inconvenience of complicating the job, but it was something that I'm not equipped to handle in my driveway.
