I would replace the manifold. I developed a leak in my ISL a few years back and noticed a drop in boost before I could see or hear any sign of a leak.
Mine was simply a gasket blown out which I removed the manifold, resurfaced the manifold(trued the mating surface) and reinstalled using new OEM gaskets as well as replaced all of the fasteners.
I think they have a two-piece exhaust manifold available for the "B" motor like the ISC and ISL/ISM engines. I would definitely check into that as it allows for some expansion and contraction as the block and manifold heat and cool.
