Crock pot?
Has anyone used their crock pot in the RV? I'm assuming its ok to use but just curious.... We are about to take our maiden voyage that's overnight and I'm planning the menu out.

While camped at an RV park on the beach .. my son made corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot. We left and spent the day on the beach and returned to a wonderful aroma. Entire RV smelled heavenly for quite a few hours. So yummie.
We placed a wood cutting board underneath the crock pot (for safety) as it heats up pretty good on the bottom of the crock pot.
