Crock pot?
Has anyone used their crock pot in the RV? I'm assuming its ok to use but just curious.... We are about to take our maiden voyage that's overnight and I'm planning the menu out.

We use a crock pot for a wonderful pumpkin custard - very appropriate for this time of year.
My favorite small appliance is our electric skillet. It's massive, but awesome for everything - french fries, pancakes, hash browns, stir fry, etc. We love it enough to take it in the house for the winter.
