Cruise control for my 2004 Ford E450 Superduty engine

The fuse box by the drivers feet is closed with a black lid, you can identify it because on the right lower corner there is a semi cicle where the turn signal rellay goes and it is round.

Have you checked the switch on the brake pedal to see if it is making contact, the brake pedal some times hangs up and does not let the switch close the cirquit.

The cruise control only works above 35 miles per hour, under that does not work and will not engage.
