cruse control stop working
got a tiffen on a ford chasie ...cruse control stoped..working anybody got any ideas..why

REAL common problem with Ford. Had mine in for problems and the service guy went right for taking off the steering wheel. They have a problem with the wires pinching and breaking in the steering column. You'd think they could have thought of a better place to put wires.
BTW: also watch your tow mode light if it's in the gear shift lever. Cause all of that is intertwined with the wires in the steering column. I know what it like to be doing 70 and have that drop into tow mode. Because that is also intertwined with the torque converter in the steering column. :R
