That motor was used in a lot of applications and there could be dozens of tensioner/braket configurations.
I know my previous Ram had 3 different belt numbers one could choose from. Shortest one was for no A/C, next size was with A/C and the third or biggest being for the Jacobs exhaust brake with A/C. The third was kind of rare cause no Ram with auto had a stock exhaust brake. The Jacobs was a dealer add on and only started with the 06 MY with a auto tranny.
