Have a new Thor 14' 31E. Is it normal that the dash radio stays on all the time on coach battery and when plugged in. The screen says "off" but the screen is illuminated and shows the time.
If you are just annoyed by the display, most will have an option to turn off the clock display when "off" in the menus, others if you press and hold the power button for a few seconds it will shut the display off.
If you are worried about power draw, about the only option is to install a master power switch on it, or pull its fuse.
Also it would help to know what brand radio you have in there, a model would be helpful too, but that's not always so easy to find.
