It was in fact. A fence supply company was in there last. They moved out a few years ago, I don't know who if anybody is there now. where in Michigan are you located?- There must be a lot of brave souls out there...

Hanko, isn't that the refrigeration research factory now? When I was a kid in Brighton our neighbor worked there.- I had a personal tour of it at Mackinaw campground a few years ago. It wasn't in that good shape then, but definitely unique and.....ugly!
