The prototype van I reported on back in September did not have a spare. If you are going to include anything behind the rear axle, like a generator or battery box, then you have to drop out the spare tire. Considering space constraints, I doubt any Promaster B van will have a spare unless it's hung on the rear door.
It also did not have rotating front seats. Yes it is a Dodge item, but it's a $500 option from then. I speculated back in September that you have to buy the swivels as a pair, and since the driver's seat couldn't rotate because of the bathroom bulkhead, they decided to leave out both swivels. They may change that in the production van.
