Excellent. We owned our first one, a Ford based Excel for 8 years. We stuck with PW for our new one, a Pursuit B+. Quality of the new one is not quite as good as the Excel but still very good.
I have a 2006 Lexor TD, we bought it last Autumn after looking at a bunch of motorhomes.
I have spent many hours in the driveway with the manual getting familiar with the systems.
I am on a Chev 3500 chassis with 6.0L. That part is great, I know GM's so comfy with the layout and it drives nicely...65 MPH is the sweet spot for stability ( big wind load on these) and mpg is good at 16 ish so far.
The PW conversion uses good quality cabinetry and I am happy with the layout and the build. Canadian std for cabinetry and electrical uses Robertson square drive screws- get a R1 and R2 screwdriver bit and you'll be able to snug up screws as you go- just about every screw on mine took 1/8~ 1/4 turn after drying out in the desert for 9 years.
looking behind the cabinets and under the seats, I am very happy with the way the electrical ( 120 and 12 volt) systems are laid out and also the plumbing.
I think they do a good job on these.
The people at PW have been helpful providing manuals and answering questions...even though I am not the buyer of a new unit, the realize that helping me, helps the original owner sell his, so he can buy a new and maybe I will in the future.

I've owned 2 PWs. A 2003 PW Excel TD, 8 cyl, on a Dodge chassis, and currently a 2006 PW Plateau TS, 5 cyl, Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Fit and finish are excellent. PW gets zero complaints from this satisfied customer.
We bought a used 2006 PW Excel TS and have had no problems. Quality work through out. Being in Canada we went to the factory last summer very impressed. They basically hand build each unit. I also got a lot of help directly from the factory even though it was a older used unit. Great people if we stay with this type of unit I would buy again. Ours is on a 350 Ford chassis. Bob
As others have noted above, Pleasure-Way builds an excellent product and their customer support from the factory is top-notch. We had a PW Excel TD for over six years and were quite happy with it; we opted to get a bigger motorhome (24 ft. Class C) for more storage and two beds. I miss the PW though, it got good mileage and the woodwork and other materials were fine quality, and it handled like a dream going down the road.
I bought a Pleasureway Excel TS 2011 chassis on 2012 couch used from Canadream last year and I am so happy with my purchase. I looked for two years and saw the insides of many units, C's and B's and everything seemed to rattle and move. I was at a show and opened a bathroom door and the door came off the tracks. Cheap, cheap and cheap. They are expensive but from my view worth the expense.
Everything seems tight and there is no space for any moisture to get in. The other selling point for me was the Canadian build andI am only 500 miles from the manufacturer. In the year I have had it, the only issues I have had we're a lose drawer that I got fixed for free and a little piece of aluminum lining lifted and I just re-glued it down again and tightened the screw.
It sat outside on my driveway all winter (live in Calgary) with the couch battery plugged in and a trickle charger on the chassis battery. I would pop in every once in a while to see how things were over the winter. She started up with a purr and I filled her tires and ride right, gave her a bath and am waiting for warmer weather and will be ready to go.
I had a friend that keep saying to me last summer, "don't you find it small" and I would assure her that it is plenty big for me and my medium sized dog. This year she is turning in her TT Suburban combo and looking for a B.
I also think her gas mileage is pretty good, I haven't checked the numbers yet but with the cheap gas, I will be going to the Yukon this summer for a month. I think it is probably 15 - 17 miles per gallon on highway.
I am happy with my purchase and hope you find the right unit for your needs.
I have a 2005 Excel TD that I bought new and it still looks and drives like it's new with 59,000 miles on it. Has it been trouble free? Nope. But no rv built is. The problems have been relatively minor and I seem to find more problems than most people because I want to protect my $65,000 investment. Would I buy another PW? Absolutely as long as they produce one to fit my needs. Pw rvs are right there at the top of heap in terms of quality of construction and manufacturer support. Don't think that you can, with these comments, go out and find any PWs for sale and not have any problems. Just keep in mind that these are one of the best built and go from there.
