Delamination patch/fix

I took a small sheet of T304 stainless steel 3/16 inch thick and had a company laser cut a metrologist Hurricane symbol. Then welded a 2 1/2 inch 3/8 threaded rod to it. Then drill thru my exterior wall where a bubble had started to form. I use an inch flat washer, lock washer and nut to bolt it tight. I silicone the hole and exterior under the symbol. I report back on how well it works.
