Its down to the because we can price. When I can drive 30 miles and see between 25c and 30c a gallon lower prices, its because they can charge you more. So this weekend I paid 3.25 a gallong and could have done 3.19 if I paid cash. But its still 3.49 by my house, this is all in the same state.
