You can probably pick up a used Palazzo '13 or '14 for a little over 100K. Might be out of your budget, but you will get a great couch with hopefully all the bugs worked out of it. Thor produces a 33.1, 33'2 and a 33.3 bunkhouse that are all right around 33ft. They also have the 35.1 which is 35ft. Then there is the 36.1 with a bath and a half at 36ft. There are many options for your length needs and very close to your budget late model and used.
