I would not worry about the ISL recall as by now the wrist pins would have failed. The trailing arms is not an issue as the DIP is a RR8R (8 airbags) not a 4 airbag. I WOULD be concerned about the amount of CCC and if it is using a 23K rear axle to get 3000 lbs of CCC. I would recommend looking at Dynasty so you will have plenty of CCC (9000+) plus the improved handling that the tag axle gives you. There are even some 38' tag in those years if you are worried about length.
