Direct TV - extra bedroom receiver in motorhome

I am considering switching my home service to Direct TV so I can use one of the extra bedroom receivers in my motorhome. This use to work perfectly fine with the older receivers, but can we still do this with the newer receivers supplied by Direct for those with newer service?

    You cannot do this with the Genie/Client setup. If you have a Genie you can have them install an H24 or HR24 if you want to take a DVR instead of a client in the bedroom. These will work in your RV just fine.

    Most of the new receivers are designed for high definition so you will need to have a sat dish on your coach that supports that....like the Traveler HD for Direct or RF Mogul for Direct.
