I was out on the road recently and had a TV problem. Called Direct and they did some trouble shooting over the phone and then said I needed a tech to come out. Said it would be $49 or I could sign up for a monthly fee, which I think is around $7.00 and then their wouldn't be any charge for the service call. Tech came out the next day..............replaced, I think it's called swim unit and power supply and changed some connector ends and got everything up and working. One thing they're not allowed to do, is to go up on the roof. My swim unit was on the roof, so he gave me a new one and I went up and changed it...took about 5 minute, was easy. He would not leave, till he completely checked everything, including a complete shut down and restart.........definitely wanted to make sure there were no problems. I was very satisfied with the service.
