If you go online and into your Directv account, there are two addresses..first is your billing address...second is your service address. Billing is where the bill goes to...service is where you're parked. Every time I move to a new location, I have to change my service addess. Then for an extra $5 a month, you can get the local channels where you are at..it will not pick up your home channels. You will get the major channels from the closest city..Been doing this for 9 years and works fine.
