I had the same problem when my service and mailing address were the same in Sioux Falls. Green Bay, Detroit, St Louis, Minnesota games with my team (Browns) were always blacked out. I changed my service address to where we were staying on the Oregon coast, now the only games blacked out are Seattle, which is OK with me.
