Disabled License Plates
Is there any advantage or reason to have handicap plates on a Class C motorhome?

In CA a veteran with a 100% service connected disability can have one vehicle covered by the state for no charge. My Super C is considered a house car for registration purposed and thus covered. My plate has a DV designation which is different from other disabled plates with a DP on them which may need to be paid for.
