- jjraiExplorerWe have a 22 footer. It fits in most spaces for parallel parking and we have no trouble in the average lot. Since it takes up every inch for parallel parking,we generally look for a space with a little extra such as an end or near a hydrant. We have been surprised at hoe easy parking has been.
- wildtoadExplorer IIYou should have no problems at a parking lot for grocery stores. You should try for spaces away from the rest and take up two spaces .
- ed6713ExplorerThe lines on a parking space vary from 18 to 20 feet depending if the space is angled or not.
A 22' long vehicle can't completely fit into a 18-20' space.
However. We drive a 24' Class C and it's quite easy to find a space on the outside perimeter of most lots. Like the other answer about the big dually, we do partially encroach onto another space.
Go for it. - My Tiger is 20 feet long and 87 inches wide. I try to get an end spot at the curb or in a parking lot. That usually works. Getting out of the cab door can be a problem with vehicles on each side.
I am thinking that your Gulfstream is wider than the Tiger. - MerrykaliaExplorer III don't know, but my crew cab pickup is 22' long, if that helps. Do I fit in a regular sized parking place, well, depends on what's in front of me. I do take up my half and usually a couple of feet of the spot in front of me.
