Does your slide interfere with any operation.....

.... inside the motor home traveling down the road ?
  • I don't have any issues with my slide in. In fact the manual recommends that the slides be retracted during severe weather.
  • My RV, no problems.

But I know a coupe of people with issues.

One, they cant open the fridge.

The other, they can only get to one side of a double sink.
  • Everything is accessible with all 3 slides in in the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The bed is also useable but cannot walk around it when in, and need to crawl across the bed if something was needed out of the rear closet, so it's still useable, just not convenient.
  • When our "Super Slide" is in the only thing we lose is access to one seldom used 120-volt outlet and a picture on the wall. In below freezing weather, we often keep the slide in to reduce the heated space conserving propane.
  • Yes. I can get to kitchen and bathroom with the front slide in. I can get to the bed with the bed slide in. I just cannot walk around the bed. I can totally live with both slides in. I would not have bought the motorhome if I could not.
  • when the front slides are in we can still walk back to and use the kitchen and bathrooms. with the bedroom slide in the bed is not usable and rhe closet is only partially accessible. the motorized bed is a potential point of failure that could strand us, if the bed cannot be retracted then the slide cannot be retracted and we'd be stuck.
  • Are you asking if it in the way to walk back.

If so No, my 99 you could park and never put it out. Our newer one is the same. Putting the slide out you get the extra room.
