WOW! Great finding the problem. Most people would not think of the coils icing solid. That would explain the lack of cooling. The S and B fridge stopped cooling and I though the compressor had given up. Called a tech and he found the defrost strip had given up and the cooling coils were a solid block of ice. Had the strip replaced and the tech told us to leave the doors open and turned off for 24 hours. Good thing we put some towels down because of the amount of water that came out of the fridge.
