Dometic power awning stops on the way out.

My Dometic power awning makes a poping noise and stops on the way out. When this happens if you go back in just a little then go out again it will go out another few feet and then do it again. This happens two to three times on the way out. It works fine coming in it just pops and stops on the way out. I've lubed up every thing I can on it but it still does it. It's only two years old. Any ideas?
