Driving courses
So, while I've driven a number of box trucks in my day, and I'm sure that I'll do fine driving the new rig, the DW and I are asking if there are courses we can take to make us better and safer drivers...

Although I never did a course, I am a big fan of structured learning by a qualified instructor. If you are entering the Class A market, it's a good thing to do. My dad was a long haul trucker and I was mesmerized by his big truck all my life. When I had issues driving a motorhome pulling and launching a 20' boat, he helped me with that and gave me lots of pointers. I do all the driving on the Class A now. DH is quite capable but has some health issues and prefers not to. Okay by me. He's the best navigator there is. And since we full time, we don't drive 10 hours a day.
