Sustained winds or gusts of 30+ mph - depending on direction - will be some white knuckle driving at times, especially on multi lane roads where you have traffic beside you. It's constant correction and ends up to be a lot of work. You need to decide if it's worth the stress. I have to fight ours quite a bit in that much wind and I am exhausted at the end of the day. That said I rarely have the luxury of changing my plans so I suck it up. If I had more freedom with my schedule I would save myself the hassle and wait for the wind to subside. That much wind won't blow you over but it could very well push you out of your lane.
