Dumb mistakes
Ok everbody fess up what was your dumbest RV Mistakes! I haven't made any I walk on water like everyone else claims to do.

1. Just bought a new 5th Wheel and new Chevrolet dually, all excited as we headed out to our first campground, cone on site I was letting the landing gear down and it was taking a long time so while I waited, I decided go save some time and go ahead and pull the release on the 5th wheel hitch and that is when it all went down hill!!!! I had pulled up on leveling blocks and had not chocked the tires, when I pulled the release the trailer rolled back and landed on the top of my truck bed. The sides spread out trailer stopped when it finally landed on the landing gear. Looked worst and could have been a lot worst.
2. just recently on our new to us Class A, I put it in gear and took off with the full wall slide out. I only got about 10' before I saw the slide in my side mirror and was on our paved driveway, but felt stupid once again...
