dynasty wont start

My 1997 Monaco dynasty wont turn over. 8.3 cummins diesel.All the dash lights come on except the wait to start light does not come on . replaced chassis battery.No change . It was within age range to change anyway . Cleaned connections . have not had an issue with this coach since I bought it six months ago usually fires right up. suspect something to do with "wait to start". probably something common. Starter and solenoid have been good so far.Some kind of safety switch or similar ? Any opinions appreciated. thanks kb

    On the bright side, you've got a new battery and clean cables. You probably got to look around at a bunch of stuff too. I know I did...

    It's a euphoric feeling to find out something like that was so simple to fix.

    oh man . that sooo sounds like me .bumping into something I shouldn't be. I was messing around back there. I bet (hope) that's it . Will let you know. thanks a million $ kb

    I've got a two switches in the back (engine compartment) that if I flip it, I can start the engine with the other switch from back there AND it also disables the key start in the front. I found this out by accident when I couldn't start my Monaco Windsor. Took me about 3 or 4 hours to discover what was wrong. I hit the switch with my shoulder by accident when doing some work back there.
