maybe see if at a wrecking yard you can find something from a late model pickup or suv and get the electric base to measure if it will interchange and then check to see if the seat will attach to the frame. I did this with my ranger and got electric seats from an explorer. Wife wanted electric so did the seat replacement to the explorer change and it all fit.
fitment to the floor is most important, the frame can be modified to accept the seat. Other option is try and find a van with electric seats. I want the same thing s I dont care for our seats but cannot find any info on which might interchange. We have the whatever steel seats and basically they suck. The only rv I saw with electric seats was by jayco in their melbourne from a few years back.
Let us know if you get this figured out. I asked ford via cust service and never got a reply!
