How much $$$ do you want to spend? I'm sure a company like Recaro can help you with new OEM grade professional quality seats, but they won't be cheap.

If your E350 is not pre-wired for electric seats, that's another major issue. Check with your Ford dealer parts department to see if your year/model came with an electric seat option. If it did, there's good chance that the seat wiring is pre-existing in your E350. If the electric seat option exists, you can find what years/models use the same seats then check (cross reference) with salvage yards to find what you want. (used but cheaper in the long run) Be careful putting any old seat in there. E350 vans have some very tight dimensional requirements. Unless the seats you choose have been previously fit (and ALL the bugs worked out) in your specific vehicle, your chances of buying/installing something that doesn't fit exactly right are good. You'll probably hate that and chances are good that the places that sell you the used seats/hardware won't want to take them back without a return charge, . . . . if at all. Ask before you buy.
