Freeway speeds meaning 55 - 65 ish...
Tire pressure I run 70 psi in the front and 65 psi across the rear.
I just got the rig so you may be right, it could be time for some front end suspension work. As far as caster settings, I don't know, but there is no aftermarket caster adjustment on it.
