You have nothing to be concerned about, it's 5R. If that button at the end of shift lever is marked Tow/Haul or abbreviation for Tow/Haul, it's 5R. The button will be OD Off or something like that for 4R110. Or, Drive It. In T/H the 5r will downshift on closed throttle as you apply brakes. The only change in 4R is it doesn't use OD.
