I was going to suggest you look at 2007 Winnie Sightseer or Itasca Sunova 35J modelss, or the Hurricane had a similar floorplan that year too i think 34B. Also Damon in the Challenger. But then I see you are looking for earlier than that. I first became aware of bunk models in 2007 so not sure if they were available before then. Good much with the search.
