Electric patio awning wont retract
I cant get the electric patio awning to retract. I can hear the motor running (it is apparently in the roller) but the awning will not roll up. What can I do to roll up the awning at least on a tempo...

You'll probably have to get a ladder and roll it back manually. Have someone hold the power switch in the retract position while doing so, just in case it catches. Make sure you bungee or duct tap both ends to keep it in place.
