But did THAT 12 volt power make it to the step AND remember, NO power from that switch means the step will stay extended. UNLESS, someone has wired that white wire direct 12 volt all the time. Go to the 4 wire quick connect at the step. TEST the white wire for 12 volts. IF you have 12 volts and the inside switch does NOT kill the 12 volts, CUT the wire with the steps extended and Ignition OFF. The steps should stay extended. IF NOT, the control module is BAD. Doug
