I have a 91 winnebago chieftain 25'. When i am plugged in everything works. Unplugged everything is gone, no step, radio, ac, headlights, etc. It will start and drive thats it. It is driving me crazy....

Clean the battery post & cables good on the chassis battery.
At do a load test on it.
But if your headlights work when plugged into shore power & not with engine running. That would drive me crazy also.
Steps are usually operated by the chassis battery.
